Project Overview

As part of this project, FAM Montaža d.o.o. was responsible for the complete installation of the ventilation system at the Edeka market, the underground garage, and the three newly constructed residential buildings. The work included the assembly, testing, and commissioning of the ventilation systems to ensure optimal air quality and energy efficiency.

Challenges & Solutions

The project required tight coordination with other trades, which was achieved through regular planning meetings to ensure smooth execution. For the underground garage, we installed CO2 sensors and high-efficiency fans to optimize air quality and meet safety regulations. Additionally, each residential building had unique ventilation requirements, so we implemented customized solutions to maximize energy efficiency and comfort.
