Project Overview

In this project, FAM Montaža was responsible for the complete installation of water, heating, and wastewater systems in the gastronomy building and the three newly constructed multi-family houses. The work included the professional assembly of piping systems, connection of all water-bearing components, and final inspection of the systems.

Challenges & Solutions

Precise Coordination of Various Trades
As the installations were carried out in both a gastronomy area and residential buildings, precise coordination with other trades was necessary. Our team worked closely with the construction managers to ensure smooth execution.

Ensuring Drinking Water Hygiene
To ensure the highest quality of drinking water, Mapress stainless steel pipes were used, and the entire installation was carried out according to DVGW guidelines.

Efficient Heating Distribution
The multi-family houses required optimal heat distribution. By using a hydraulically balanced system, we ensured that all living units were evenly heated.
