Project Overview

For this project, FAM Montaža was responsible for the complete renewal of the heating, wastewater, and sanitary installations in a residential building in Friedrichshafen. The work involved installing new piping systems for heating and water, as well as wastewater pipes of type DB20. Due to the fact that the apartments were inhabited, the work was carried out in stages, with close coordination required with the tenants.

Challenges & Solutions

Working in Occupied Apartments
Since the apartments were inhabited during construction, the work was carried out in stages and coordinated closely with the tenants to minimize disruption.

Noise and Dust
Low-noise equipment was used, and protective dust barriers were set up around living spaces to minimize the impact on residents.

Coordination of Multiple Trades
To avoid delays, work was carefully coordinated with other tradesmen involved in the project.

Results

The project was completed on time and within the planned budget. Both the property management and the tenants praised the structured and considerate approach to the work, as well as the noticeable improvement in living comfort due to the updated heating and sanitary systems.
